I like the logo with the star for the "A" in LA and then also the one with the stars for the "oo" in looks. I don't really know what to say about the bottles, they all could work I guess. Nothing really stands out to me.
I like the 2nd logo from top right! I think it's going towards the right direction. I would change it a little bit more. It still looks very similar to their current logo.
I like the logos a lot, they all have a strong sense of energy and dynamics. However,the second from the top on the right side logo is my favorite. Regarding the package itself - it's hard to tell, for now they look like generic tubes and bottles. Let see how much life they get after applying the labels on them!
For the logos i would like to see the top left and the one all the way at the bottom. The star thing when its too big might be a little too 80's, and in the top left one its kinda subtle, so it looks like there's glamor attached to the brand, haha even though its LA Looks.
AS for structure, maybe top right, to keep with their crazy bottles, or the bottom right, that is very safe.

I think the second top logo is the strongest as well but its hard to say much about the bottles as there isnt really a layout to go with them yet.
